The Mind and Life Institute
Mind & Life is a non-profit organization (US tax-exempt 501(c)(3)).
Its central mission is “Bridging science and contemplative wisdom to foster insight and inspire action toward flourishing.” In practice, it brings together scientists, contemplative practitioners (e.g., meditation/mindfulness traditions), educators, and others to explore the nature of the mind, consciousness, human flourishing, and how inner experience connects to outer societal change.
